I don't know which country you reside in - it's difficult to tell now.
I've bought, and can recommend, Armour's stainless steel exhausts for Norton: https://www.armoursltd.co.uk/product/silencer-norton-peashooter-exhaust/.
(They also have the down pipes in stainless as well).
They are really well made without any seams.
I have them on my 850:

I had some stainless downpipes on my 750 commando they were a one off made on the isle of man in 1970 for a mate of mine.
They endlessly cracked around the flange that's clamped by the exhaust rose ,I welded them up more times than I care to remember.
I've no idea what grade stainless they are

If you are looking for a 2 into 1 system, the aircraft people might be worth a try. Some manufacture aircraft exhausts in Hastelloy - a nickel alloy which is very good.

Are the pipes stainless? I was on their website and they only show exhaust pipes for an S model. I am in Ontario Canada but shipping is not a problem if they have them.

Walridge.com near London Ont.
06-3375/6S/S Downpipes 346.00 Website shows out of stock but you can email to check availability. They usually get back the same day

The down pipes are definitely stainless.
(So are my exhaust roses - from RGM.)
I had to call them in order to get the right pipes - they were on back order awaiting polishing at the time.
Fortunately, I live only 1 hour 15 minutes away, and was able to pick them up.
I also have their stainless steel silencers/mufflers on my Trident:

The down pipes on the Trident are chromium, though.
However, such is the polishing on the stainless, it looks like chrome (almost).
I like this company's products.

Just my .02, stainless does not look like chrome. At all. It sticks out like a sore thumb. Original was chrome, and it's a different look.
Not a purist here, but just like powder coat vs paint, it sticks out 50' away. No disrespect to those who choose to "customize" their bikes, just be sure you know what you are buying.

I have a stainless system on my Matchless single. Stainless turns straw-colored (gold) when subjected to the heat of the exhaust. Up near the head it is very dark but the color extends all the way to the end of the muffler. It does polish out but what a pain, especially having two sets of pipes on the Norton.

Drifting off topic...
However, there is a solution.
I use a product called "Steel Fix" by Stellar, but it appears to have been superseded by Stainless Steel Cleaner:

Unlike conventional polishes such as Solvol Autosol, it doesn't require nearly as much elbow grease to remove the straw colouration.
It also works on chromium plated exhausts to remove the bluing.

If you don't like the stainless going yellow put some acetic acid on it and wash off with water

B&Q Stainless Steel cleaner contains phosphoric acid as the active ingredient, for use on barbecue tools according to the label. I used it on some welded stainless steel and the straw staining disappeared, only other ingredients are surfactants (fairy liquid ;) ) so it's easy to make your own and probably why acetic acid works and would be an alternative.

If you really want your stainless clean invest in a Tig brush , we use them at work to clean up stainless tig welds ,brilliant machine and works especially well on homework!!
So I'm told
