SS front fender mount

Hi All.
I cannot understand the way to mount the front fender stay and fender.
First, i cannot understans if the stay is only one or two in sandwice.
Second, on the web list i can see two spacers.
Where they go, under the lower yoke?
They have a thread?
Could you post some pictires please.

What year? The 69/70 were smaller than 71 and newer. Mudguard is different too. Nothing fits between years.

I suggest you compare the "Front Fender "SS"" parts list with the SS fender drawing, as 4 items are missing from the drawing.
The "2" nuts [Item 19, 062240] and 2 of the "4" washers [Item 18, 000012] and I would guess they fasten the assembly to the lower yoke with the 87-2810 "screw"(2).
