Hi,
How, or can, the sprag be sufficiently lubed to survive in a Norvil dry belt primary, or was the previous owner mad thinking the two can co-exist?
I have been told everything from painting on transmission fluid to the gear train and carefully and routinely spraying CRC moto non fling chain lube on the 18 roller sprag but avoiding the oil-sensitive Norvil dry belt.
Any advice appreciated as to what, if anything works, or am I resigned to using the kick start only?
Am running a mk4 boyer bransden ignition, 4 brush mk3 starter conversion and high crank motomart battery.
Advice much appreciated.
