In the autumn on 2022 I placed an order with Sparkbright.co.uk from my home in Switzerland and paid for it. Since then I have not received the item, nor have I heard from Andrew Ferguson, the owner/director of the company, despite repeated emails, calls and messages. I worry that Mr. Ferguson is ill, or the company has folded, or I don't know what...
