Ladies,

Whilst it is good to be tipped off about poor service, we should also remember to share experiences of good service to give us all some hope!

I have been delighted by my dealings with Matt at CNW, amongst many things, he supplied my Corbin seat which is great. I have now decided I want to have an Interstate tank with corresponding Corbin seat to be able to swap over at will, Matt obliged, and even ensured the new seat has the same lock number as my existing one so I can't end up in a wrong key situation (which would otherwise surely happen)!

And even though the rest of my order was just small change 'bits n bobs' his service was, again, excellent.

Jus' thought I'd share with y'all !

Old Britts. Between their easy-to-use exploded views and fantastic mail order service, the '74 continues to return many happy miles.

Kisses, Ella!

I also can't say enough great things about Matt and his staff,I have one of the early CNW builds #012 and over the years have tried to keep
Current with The evolution of Matts bikes, every new bit or piece that's been developed,As it's been made available
I have been fortunate enough to be in a position to ad to my machine,it has made my Norton experience that much more full filling.... And my CNW experience has been without parallel.... Period... End of story !! Top
Shelf parts and stellar customer service,Matt has spent hours....upon patient
Hours with me....guiding me,mentoring me,advising me as to what's the most prudent and proper way to evolve my machine..... and though long distance,he has instilled in me the CNW "culture" about the right way to upgrade, and what not to do as well.I have a small business servicing small Asian imports in Baltimore and I try to provide the same type

Personalized service to all of my clients... It's what distinguishes places like CNW and sisson street auto... From
Being ordinary to being extraordinary,I'll give Matt my money 7days a week,I ALWAYS feel like I get much more than I paid for.... So that's my endorsement,

One more "good guy" Doug mcadam.... Dougs baja norton... A bit out of the way... Mexico to be exact ,he is good folk too, always treated me right and fair, great take on our machines too,he knows how to make a client feel like they are getting a value for thier money.... While we are blowing smoke up
These guys butts.... I don't want to forget Jim Comstock.... A genius, mad scientist kind of guy but very skilled, generous with his time and he has some wild modifications for our bikes, great resource to have,we are really lucky to have folks like Jim ,Doug and Matt as allies to keep
These "unapproachable" motorcycles.... Very approachable,I've done business with all
