Signal red paint color

Found my paint code for Atlas red. 02.11.14


Does anyone know if the signal red color on early Cdos was same red used on Atlas? Or, whether red used on Jubilee and Model 88 was same as that of Atlas.

Not really the same colour - signal red was a slightly orange shade of red.

It still amazes me that Norton owners are seeking codes for Norton colours 40+ years later,
but I can go to my local bike shop and buy a can of Triumph red over the counter.
Nortons did do a few shades of red though over the years, it must be said....
