Side stand mounting

I just bought a complete kick stand for my MK III. I tapped the bushing into the stand and set about to mount it to the bike. I find the hole in the frame tab is larger than the bolt. Is this proper? I don't find any type of a bushing listed for the frame tab. Is this something that the prior owner "fixed?" Do I need to find some kind of bushing for the frame tab?

Its very "common", ie: frame hole beat open, but it is not "normal". I had to drill my frame tab hobe a bit more and true to fit a steel tube-bush in that to snug up the bolt wiggle room. Even taking care in further use it still tends to wiggle wear too soon again. I look at this as another sacrificial feature in Cdo to spend on in intervals.
