I could appreciate this photo a lot more if it had information on the bike.

I know what it is, but "Showcases" usually have the display item's full description and any other pertinent points...

MCT 961 big port head (stock MCT)
True Bore Throttle body conversion (40mm)
Dynojet PCV for fuel mapping
27,000 miles on bottom end

Tony, for the ignorant, are you telling us the Chinese motor factory choked the 961, including fitment of a smaller throttle body?

Just the head ports. I don’t know who asked for the smaller ports , probably Norton. There were other changes from the MCT in the valve train . The MCT looks to me like it was setup for higher rpm. The true bore was my idea.

The shifter linkage, SOMEWHAT similar to the early Buells, seem less than stellar in design (to me).

It works well for me. My gearbox is smooth , I can find neutral running at a stop and going up or down is easy. It’s only a 5 speed.
