Please post a picture of your original or reproduction toolkit, and list the year and model. Hopefully, this thread can serve as a reference guide going forward for those who want to buy or build the correct toolkit for their machine. Factory descriptions of toolkit contents would be great as well. Cheers....

Not original, but effective!

Here is my "63 Atlas (actually a '62 build) tool kit. For reference, the grid lines on the table are 1 inch.

The roll up pouch is not original. I fabricated something similar to the original after it fell apart.

I know its not Norton, but seeing that 400 quid genuine Norton toolkit thought I'd show the el cheapo Enfield one.
Was $20 new, a year or 2 back - just a a plain canvas roll, one large pocket.
4 whitworth spanners, double ended plastic screwdriver (up top) and plug spanner.
I do have an old Enfield too, but the tools don't care...

You can never carry enough for a full rebuild by the side of the road, regardless.
Just enough to fix a flat tyre and adjust the brake/clutch throttle cables and change the plugs is probably enough ?

Don't forget the magneto spanners.
Probably best left in the workshop, magneto rebuilds beside the highway are not something to be encouraged ?
