A Marine Biologist on the beach at the time said the shark could have been anywhere from 10' to 14' long, by the tooth spacing in the bite mark.
However biting down on that section containing the 2 missing fins must have hurt him pretty good. The fins are sharp and composed of layers of glass and resin sandwiched and are NOT compressable in the verticle. Like biting into knives. Serves him right.
In other news..........
I just mounted some New Triumph Bonneville T-100 rear shocks on my Commando. Hi-Jack #2.
Man, do they look good. Took off some old Koni's. Test riding seems really smooth and comfortable.
I think they are about 1/4" longer, but can't really tell from looking/riding and went on without a hitch.
