Most of you know I went down on my Sport. Another month off the leg. Bike has minor cosmetic damage. So, Is it safe to assume I won't be able to replace the South Bay Norton pipe I damaged? They are open long pipes and sound great. Should I go with the long or the shorts decatted from the factory? Aesthetically, I like the long pipes and don't know if the the longs would sound as good as the SBN. The shorts look ok but sound raspier IMO than deep and throaty. BUT that's on video. Maybe the shorties would be nice for a change?

Thanks for the nudge, Richard7. I went back to all the photos and they are just nice and compact. Called the dealer and changed the order to shorties.

Ground clearance of SBN is better, shorties are a bit louder... Both are nice!

Allstate is paying for my pipes. Wish I had known sooner. the shorties are on order. Raphi, louder is ok. I think they are a little more high pitched and raspier than the long pipes. Same map I presume?

I think you are correct about the sound. I run them with same map, no problems...

Same map for SBN and shorties and long open pipes...
No idea which # but for sure not OEM! Runs great...
