Just watched this movie about a couple of SoCal gear heads fixing up an old Triumph with a long history of records at the Bonneville salt flats. Pretty cool story and they manage to meet up with a couple of old timers that ran the same bike back in the day.

Pretty cool seeing them hit 120-odd mph on only a few runs. Wonder what it had as max result back in the day?
 
I had a rigid thunderbird
All I can say is "respect" to people that ride these things at those speeds!
