Routing oil pipes to filter

I am about to fit the oil filter kit from NOC (063139KIT). Do the hoses fit between the gearbox and the swing arm spindle or between the spindle and the cross bar on the swing arm? It makes quite a difference to the positioning of the holes I need to drill in the engine plate.

The return pipe from the engine goes through the gearbox hole in the cradle to the filter then from the filter up to the oil tank. If you have the 06.1677 clip then only the feed pipe goes through the clip.

OK, it's clear from your photo that the return pipe goes in front of the swing arm spindle and not over and behind it.
