Cost is around $50 complete. BMC filter with shipping to USA is well over $100. Filter is washable and readily available on ebay. The wire cage is a pencil holder also on Ebay 4 pack is $10. You'll have 3 extras. Use whatever flange rubber you choose, cut inner dia 3 1/4 and OD 4 1/4 .Cut pencil holder as pictured to allow filter to slip into airbox. You will need to fold the cut pencil holder to get it to fit then spread it out once inside the filter.This produces a very tight fit and needs to be forced into the airbox the first time but then removes easily. Good airflow. The plastic hold down ring needs to be spaced up a bit with longer m5 bolts. Good air seal routes air though filter and not around. For people who like to save money rolling their own.
