Roll bag for Roadster?

Has anyone fitted a 'Roll bag' behind seat, sitting atop the fender, and attached to the grab bar or frame loop on a standard roadster?
Something about 10" wide by about 6-8" in diameter would be good for tools and and a rain jacket.
Have had no luck finding something in that size range.
Do not want a tank bag.

E-Bay. Think it comes from India. Do a search: Norton Tool Roll. There is a black and brown version. Got it years ago when it was inexpensive.
