RGM - Good service

Credit where its due, I'd like to thank RGM for good service. A while back I ordered a front hose for my mk3, unfortunately I got the wrong length. It sat on the shelf a while and then I ordered the right length.

I sent the first one back, now that the front was done I aimed to do the back and asked them to exchange for a rear one and I'd pay the difference and postage.

Unfortunately somewhere along the line it got lost, who knows where. However after a bit of searching and to and fro-ing they sent me a new rear hose and never even charged postage.

So great that they took me at my word, and sorted the problem.

So I guess i'd recommend getting proof of postage when sending returns ( to anyone) , and my only concern posting this is that some dolt tries to take em for suckers, but i'm very appreciative of their actions.
 
Yep, I had a similar deal with a part for them that never got used in anger after a long rebuild. Top marks.
 
If you order before lunch from RGM your order will arrive the next day. Helpful and reasonable pricing. Andover also very helpful, especially Ashley, excellent website. Nothing more to add about the other mob.
 
Totally concur, recent piston ring issues were dealt with quickly & professionally 10/10
 
Well my latest RGM experience hasn't been that great.
I purchased online a commando rear rack for 86.90 Pounds and shipping to Aus was listed as 50 Pounds.
So after purchasing I have noticed I received an invoice showing I have been debited 253.27 pounds.
A "glitch" in there system has charged me 160.77 for the part and 92.50 for shipping. So at the moment I have been debited Aud $466.
RGM have replied and confirmed a "glitch" in the system and are looking into it.
So at the moment I am waiting for it to be fixed.
Just a heads up if purchasing from there website.
 
I am sure they will sort it out as I have had great service from RGM and quick delivery to Aussie land, but its been sometime since I have needed to order parts.

I had an RGM discount code which the RGM site did not take, placed the order anyway and emailed the discount code and refund confirmed next day.
