Yes I'd say you can use the same reg rectifier

How did you determine that your stator failed?
Yes you can to all questions. Unless the EMGO is stupid cheap, I would not and unless you have a lot of non-standard accessories on the bike I would not use the 14.5 amp version. The 10.5 amp is plenty and the 14.5 amp just makes extra heat.
I normally use/have in stock these:
Genuine Lucas Classic 47252 RM24 12V 3 phase Stator.
3 lead, 3 phase 10.5 amp stator.
Right now, I have only these in stock:
Genuine Lucas Classic 47244 RM24 12V 3 phase Stator.
3 lead, 3 phase 14.5 amp stator.
In either case, they are $136 delivered in the US to forum members.

Years ago the system quit charging. I found the wires just as they go into the bakelight had a melt down. I dug out the bakelite enough to get to some good wire and repaired it. Today I tested the charging system and only got battery voltage. Testing with an Ohm meter the three poles were not connected and one was grounded. On the meter set to a-c only two phases showed voltage of about 8.v with the other phase at 0.0 v So I assumed the stator was bad. Upon disassembly I found the wire repair had failed.
