Replacement European Black Bars ??

I am quite sure that my '73 850 Interstate has the American bars. They seem to rise up about 5 inches high. I want to replace with the lower Commando stock European bars, and I would like to find a set of black bars, which would look great. I have search somewhat on the web, but can't find any. Anyone know if they are available, and where? Or, would I have to get a set of chrome bars, and then coat them black?

I bet Eastwood has something like a black chrome paint.

Bikemaster makes a black bar in the Superbike bend. This has a 3 inch rise, 3 inch pullback, and 29 inch width. Wider than Norton European bar, but you could possibly shorten it.
