Rear wheel locking...

Have noticed that the rear wheel seems to try to lock like the chain is tight when i go over bumps yet the chain adjustment is ok? Any ideas?

Could be that the rear brake is binding. Have you recently adjusted the rear chain? If so did you centre the rear brake by applying lever pressure when tightening up the axle?

That's often a symptom of the rear brake cable being incorrectly routed UNDER the Z plate instead of over it, so the cable is stretched tight when the suspension is compressed which pulls the brake on hard-very dangerous!
 
Spot on, cable was under Z plates (not my routing). Could have been dodgy on a bend.....
