I put a set of Hagon Classic III's with full shrouding on my modern Bonneville. Huge improvement over that bikes stock shocks (which were the best on the market for $8 a pair!!). The Hagons gave firm over bumps, not harsh ride feel, while same bumps with stocks would bounce me off the seat. I beleive Hagons are rebuildable and can be ordered with springs suited to your given all up riding weight.

may not be the best, but IMO, best bang for the buck. installed a set of emgo service replacements on my 74 Mk2 (exposed springs). OK on form, fit, and function, to originals. for my daily, street, "pleasure" riding, they seem just find. FWIW, installed similars (shrouded) on my 66 spitfire project. i guess it really depends on how deep are your pockets.

Not sure I would consider these "full", but they are better than Hagon or Girling, in my experience.

Hard to beat NJB for the price and available fully shrouded
My memory may be failing me, but at one time I believe SRM in Wales sold shrouds for these. I had them on a 2007 Hinkley Triumph. I have not seen them in their catalog recently.
