Rear Mudguard on N15CS

I just had rear mudguard repaired (it had more holes than a swiss cheese) problem that I am having is that I have mounted it (rear stay attached to back of shocky mounts and 'saddle' in place on center of guard) but the guard moves up and down 'seesaw'. I have found a bracket that I believe would secure the guard (looks like a large 'L' that has been streched down ) but I cant work where it attaches to (if it is the right 1) any advice?

I would suggest, if they are not fitted a rubber tap washer (hole drilled bigger to fit) on each side of the mudguard with a suitable size penny washer before inserting the bolt. This will hopefully prevent any splits on these vibration tooth filling destroying 750s :shock:
