Rear ISO tube rust and trans cradle repair

Looks like the trans cradle I am wanting to use for a rebuild project has been repaired at some point. There is also lots of rust in the rear iso tube.

I'll try and clean out the rust as best as possible and see what that looks like. The bigger concern is the welding job on the ISO tube and swingarm spindle tube.

Repairable? Or Replace?
