Hello Have installed a new rear tire & when i mount the wheel/tire..etc back on the sprocket (06-6011) .There is a 3/8" gap all the way around between the sprocket & drive center (06-6232).They go together but i can not get the gap to disappear. This gap should not be there correct...

There should be approximately 1/8” clearance between the cast iron sprocket and the aluminum hub on your MK III. The 3/8” clearance you mention is a clear signal that something is wrong. I suggest you double check the bearing and spacer installation.
