Ray's Redish Zig Ziggy Commando art

Sent to me by an long time annoying friend of mine Ed Ostack with a CNW beauty of his own, or likely we'd not have much to do with each other but politics. Scroll a page or so to find it but betcha can't stop there. hobot



We have a new Commando in the local area. It was built by Ziggy of Ziggy’s Chrome before he passed away untimely of cancer. What you cant see in the photo is the dual leading front brakes all glistening chrome with chromed linkages and air intake. We also unveiled Ray’s motor returned from Colorado Norton Works with a glass and a toast. His pipes are jet coated with a ceramic graphite color with chromed tips. Ray will lower the bars but mostly everything else will remain as Ziggy designed it.


SOme photos showing the front brake on Ray’s Commando . The pics he took were picked up by a blogger in France for Moto Art and now are viewed all over the world . One comment was from Ubon Thailand. I thought you might enjoy seeing the better closeups.

Is he running [Hitler type] VW pipe inserts/baffles or is it an open/loud one?

That's a really nice bike! That set of pics was pretty cool too, reminded me that I still need to go to Bonneville, and I still want a nice Vellocette!

Was thinking with Dog ts latest on his mufflers , he should just run turned end slah cut extensions on his pipes . Like That .
Then he can pull up beside H.D.s , and give them a Blat . :lol: That looks pretty good , nice colour n all .
