Queens Farm Bike show

This is a local event here in Queens NYC. Only took a few pix but here they are. The Commando took 3rd for the imported machines. Key got lost during the day somehow and we ended up jumping out the wiring to get the owner back on the road.
Anyone know what the last bike is?

Excelsior (Chicago) hillclimber - can't see from the pic if its an eight valve, or just has twin port heads (don't think they had 8 valve motors)(pretty sure there is only one exhaust valve at the back there)( ie not 2, as an 8 valve would have). Probably late 20s, but could be a modern remake based on old stuff.
