I've got a rev limit on my Miata at 7K and it's not pleasant when it kicks in, like WTF. I'm not sure what it would be like on the Norton, but I never seem to get anywhere near it anyhow, the low end is so endless and torquey and the top end is over the ton, not going there. Depends on how you drive.
