Posting your email address

Hi All,

I have noticed that a few members are posting their email addresses especially in the for sale area.

You should not post your email address online here or anywhere else. Instead of posting like this name@mail.com post like this name [at] mail.com. Or you can use the forum PM system, which is free for all to use at this time. Alternatively you can use the forum mail system if you are a VIP. I don't have a problem if you do post your addresses, just explaining what I know.

The internet is trolled by "spambots" - Once you post your email address they will get it and you will never be able to stop the spam coming.

I haven't looked, but has it got anything to do with Vikings?

Jerry, I appreciate the advice - I do see 'google bot' and others listed frequently in the 'viewing this forum' footer - scary world!
