Points Timing Cover Question

I am doing a small project for the Ton-Up Club I ride with. I am making points timing covers for Triumphs and Nortons with engraved graphics for the Ton-Up club. The Triumph covers are easy as the bolt holes are at 6 and 12 o'clock, so orientation of the Ton-Up graphics is easy to do. The Norton cover has the bolt holes shifted maybe 10 or 15 degrees clockwise from the 12 o'clock position. Anybody out there know the exact timing offset of the bolt holes from the 12 o'clock position? I can spend the time to get the answer needed, but thought somebody in the community might already know (I am retired now, and I am getting very lazy LOL)
