Part numbers for banjo washers

Please can someone give me the part numbers for the inner and outer fibre washers that seal the oil tank outlet banjo on the central oil tank.
I can't find a parts list that covers this early oil tank - can anyone point me to a copy ?

The '69 'S' section supplement in the '68-'70 parts book lists "042065...Oil feed filter washer...2.." which is the same part number as the standard aluminium banjo washer used for all later models.

Hmmm, mine are different sizes, I think the outer one is larger. Once I drain it down, i'll have a check.

If you are talking about the 69/70 central oil tank, on page 42 of the "Commando Spares List", under the supplement for the 'S' "oil pipes - page 22", the feed filter washers are 042065 and the return adaptor washer (smaller one above) is 14698. I couldn't find them anywhere, but when I talked to Ella at OB, she went right to the 14698 when I gave her the number and it fit perfectly, but they are copper.
