Yep sir you nailed it - they are fork stop bumpers as Peel removed stem stop too easy to often welded back I gave up on it. The full dia. wheels are for IS tank limits but will slice off about an inch to turn rollers to remount to allow full range fork swing with tiny tank on for stunt cycle use.spelky » They will bolt on the ends of the crash bar/roll cage type thingy that you made when cornering on THE gravel.
Leave me giggling on another mind expanding use that I'd over looked for the backdrop ammo belt. I don't use this ammo betl as intended, but as strap around a tree over hanging cliff over rocky creek bed couple stories down so I can swing out over the water and get direct over head shot with trunk as shot back stop and vetical fall back of missed pellets than land back in my area and not nieghbors roofs or cattle and have easy selection of propper load for the limb executions. Last month ran out before i got last limb down, reloaded belt & was about to swing out one more time - thought I'd better test my full mass on belt just in case, it popped apart to fall into the creek leaving me sheepishly pleased I could enter creek on my terms to retrieve it. Pissed at 1st I'd water logged the shells but the lead aimmed them all face down so ended up like in photo trapping air so just surface wet that dried out fine saving some my money to burn.850cmndo » Thought the backdrop was for a belt drive.

Codes stuff only to limit cycles and pilots so not functional envelope expanders like Peel add ons.
Note white mark on tank where forks strike w/o the red rollers
