Guess what these colorful Peel pieces do? I'd guess training wheels but they ain't tough enough. balck drop is slugs and buck for limbs.

Only one quess each please

Steve,

I am surprised that a good old boy like yourself would be using euro ammo for your recreation down in Dixie! You should be using Winchester or Remington even though S&B is probably of higher quality. Sorry steve I see some of your buckshot is American loads. I was to quick to pounce for laugh effect turned on me faster than a rattlesnake in a sweetie jar!

J

Good guess concours I hadn't thot of that so have another shot on me. One clue is they better not roll when installed. Finally got em to fit adequately tonight.

J, wondered who would be that nosy. Cheapest stuff I could find to waste a belt in one spree on overhead limbs. Don't waste better stuff on limbs nor tote in balk. Huckleberry as I can even w/o wasteful motorcycles. Peel will armed in style of 007's British ride.

I haven't a clue, but glad to hear they won't be rolling with those "cheezy" axles. :D

I'm half ashamed and half beaming on my Dogpattch USA engineering so just want to savor insults and sneers one head shaker at a time. Oilchris has sensed their function to prevent Peel's front teeth getting knocked out. So antoher clue is they act as impact bumppers.

Nothing wrong with "Dogpattch USA engineering" if it works.

They will bolt on the ends of the crash bar/roll cage type thingy that you made when cornering on THE gravel.

Yep sir you nailed it - they are fork stop bumpers as Peel removed stem stop too easy to often welded back I gave up on it. The full dia. wheels are for IS tank limits but will slice off about an inch to turn rollers to remount to allow full range fork swing with tiny tank on for stunt cycle use.

850cmndo » Thought the backdrop was for a belt drive.
Leave me giggling on another mind expanding use that I'd over looked for the backdrop ammo belt. I don't use this ammo betl as intended, but as strap around a tree over hanging cliff over rocky creek bed couple stories down so I can swing out over the water and get direct over head shot with trunk as shot back stop and vetical fall back of missed pellets than land back in my area and not nieghbors roofs or cattle and have easy selection of propper load for the limb executions. Last month ran out before i got last limb down, reloaded belt & was about to swing out one more time - thought I'd better test my full mass on belt just in case, it popped apart to fall into the creek leaving me sheepishly pleased I could enter creek on my terms to retrieve it. Pissed at 1st I'd water logged the shells but the lead aimmed them all face down so ended up like in photo trapping air so just surface wet that dried out fine saving some my money to burn.

Honestly when I read his post, I thought spelky was talking about using Ms. Peels crash bar things as outriggers.
kinda like this:
Only one quess each please

Fork stop bumpers? OK, I can't think of any reason why it wouldn't work.... go for it.

I recognize Kieth Code anti-fly up sliding contraptions to know at least me and one other pilot confiding to me that they can be hi sided too so just another mis leading half fast training wheels all moderns suffer with at some point of thrill. Codes stuff only to limit cycles and pilots so not functional envelope expanders like Peel add ons.

Note white mark on tank where forks strike w/o the red rollers
Only one quess each please

Steve, what are those small dents / kinks in your down tubes, below your headstock ?

Reason for asking is that my frame has 'em too!

Dampers are not designed to act as bumper stops on crashes and I shun them as crash inducing devices only good for corner cripples too unstable for elite pilots to control w/o them, pashaw and shame on you suggesting Peel is in same class as other two wheel craft. Anyway enjoyed teasing riddle responses before seeing if I could mount them strong enough to take what they will face. These tough bumper car rollers still compress just enough I'll have to put some rubber bumpers on the tank scars as safety back up. I don't like their junk yard looks but like less the injury of tank slap impacts. So L.A.F. with me and at me like I do on Life Ain't Fair.

I should put butt cushion on pump riot gun as last time got it closer and closer to face sighting down vertical barrel till recoil bloodied nose removing skin to leave me feeling properly teeth missing stupid again.

I have to confess that Mark was right, outrigger use was what I had in mind, sorry Hobe you will have to award the prize (there is a prize right?) to someone else.

Happy New Year, only 5 hours to go here in the UK

No prize just baiting for more funny opinions that imply my style taste buds are in my feet like flys walking on poop and can't deny it. Wasn't sure if final install mods on these bumpers would bend on impacts breaking Interstate tank again but they don't seem to notice 3lb sludge slams so good to go >< down on.
