Oil tank replacement

As I consider getting ready to do this I wonder, can the old tank be removed and the new one installed from the right side of the bike? Or does everything "behind" the tank have to come up so it can come out/go in other than through the right side frame?

The tank will come out on the right side without removing anything else.

I just finished with an R&R on my '74, and it came in and out the right side once the banjo bolt was removed from the back of the tank.
