Well laugh at me or with me
as I've again fettered Ms Peel into another corner and can't fit the normal
oil filter and no other places to put it w/o sticking out like a sore thumb.
But might be like the Chinese story of one seeming bad event after another
yet the old man they affected, just says, well we shall see, we shall see.
Factory filter mount plus empty filer weighs right about a pound.
Looked at various inline oil filters but either too big or just tubes with screens no filter material. 20 microns available though - fine enough??
Remembered Mike Tagieri's cig filter inline gas filter bodge and think that's how I'll do it, put it in a hose or tube that's easy to service to stay ahead of resistant clogs.
Filter can be about 6" long to fit space allowed.
Room that fittings could extend some beyond that.
Plan A - is pipe screens at ends with washer shaped magnets and filter material
in between. But what sort of filter material??
Clean out would be just shove a wood dowel through and shove in new filter material after screens washed.
I'll test flow though to get idea of how tight to pack.
A screen-magnet pre-filter will also be installed.
