Ok so I'm replacing my front iso and adjusting the rear.

I was going to just replace the shims with the Mick Hemmings vernier adjuster at the front and the back but then I started thinking about replacing the front with the complete Norvil Conversion kit. This would be more expensive as I'd have to buy the Norvil kit and a Hemmings rear. I don't want to take the rear one out complete hence using the Hemmings adjuster.

Any strong feelings about these products so I can make an informed decision?

If you are saving money, just do the rear as a vernier. The front Iso can be popped of in a few moments and cleaned and shimmed in a vice.
