I don't know but the USA Norton dealers should all have the contact info.

if i could get it through my norton dealer, i would have. notice that there is no ph number for norton USA.

Sorry, I did not know that you had a Norton dealer as you did not mention that in this thread. Come to think of it my dealer always seemed to be emailing them to get answers, so I'm not sure my WA dealer has the phone number either...

want to contact Norton USA as i have grown tired of the run around from SBNT and wish to get my deposit back. have yet to get a e-mail, phone call or even met with Mat Capri in 6 months. i would retain an atty , but that would eat up most of the deposit.

Are you holding out for an SE all this time? I ordered an SF last February and got it 5 or 6 months later, and a few dealers have them in stock now. I think my dealer in WA has a Cafe Racer in stock now.
I think it's just the original SE's that are taking a long time to complete, but you probably know all of this...

Does South Bay hold your deposit or Norton?

Are you seriously telling me that South Bay will not return your deposit if you went there? My dealer promised me to refund if I changed my mind before the bike got there. I settled for a black Sport monoposto instead of the red biposto I ordered. Kind of glad I did too. Van Epps called my house once after I bitched via email about sevice but there was no return number. He WILL get your email if you put his name in the subject matter. Email him your number. Frankly, though, I think he shut down in the complaint taking dept. He bit off more than he can chew.

GC. the first deposits were for the SE, no other models existed at that time. just talked to Van Eppps today, will see how it goes. SBNT tried to tell customers the deposit was non-refundable. which is illegal in calif. only people who got their money back on a bike were the widows who’s spouse that were on the list - that died.... to b continued.

Van Epps doesn't have your money and neither does Norton. You said you already talked to him but for what it's worth my dealer said he's not good at returning phone calls but does return e-mail!

Best thing to do if you are ever need an answer from Norton, post something on Norton_ceo on Twitter,it will get sorted straight away.
When my starter gear fell off and destroyed everything under the clutch cover, the only thing that ever worked was Tweeting the Ceo.
