Finally leaving New Hampshire for a warmer climate (about a half hour north of Baton Rouge) does anyone on this forum know anyone who might work on Commandos in this area? Doesn't need much work but figured I'd think ahead. Good move for me.

Lived in Lafayette LA for nine years. Not really a big Brit bike area. You may be on your own for the day to day stuff. If I had anything major, Big D Cycle in Dallas would be my choice, even if they are a bit of a drive.
Now if you were looking for a good place to eat, you'll probably have better luck.

Two options in New Orleans:

Chuck House Motorsports 504-846-4800

Al Mavor, Cycle Care, LLC 504-837-2453

From what I saw it looked like it was not a big area for Brit Bikes. I appreciate the two in New Orleans. About two hours away. Not bad as it goes. The only thing I need to work out is a bit of a high speed wobble or more like an uneasiness. I find the older I get the more uneasy I become anyway. Might be the rear wheel so I'll find someone to lace up a new one this year - original wheel from 74, chrome always well protected by grease and oil.
