Norton Gathering Notice

Hi everyone. I have been reading the posts on this forum for some time -most of them are informative and useful. Thanks to all those who have provided all the the great info. I have owned Nortons for over 40 years and ride them all the time. I live in Sydney and have noticed a few Norton people posting who also live in Sydney. Well I would like to invite anyone interested in meeting up to come to a Norton Gathering next week - 20th October - at Stanwell Park - south of Sydney.

Wow I got all happy to go but then reamembred I gave my Lear jet to a group of super models to play with so I can't go!! Darn!!

It's too far to swim. I have a canoe we could all pile into ,should take about 3 years of paddling ,that's my offer. :wink:

Norton Gatherings organized by Norton enthusiasts. It's a "'marque event", not a club event. Gathering in April at Mt White had 30+ Nortons attend. All good fun. All motorcycle enthusiasts are welcome to attend. Sorry it's too far for you guys in the US. Ben

The FOOD theres very good

and the prices arnt extortionate

You can see the CARs in the Car Park , extreme right , 1/3rd of the way up.if it HADNT CUT IT OFF . :x caffe is imediate to empty car park there ,
then the park / picnic area & bigger car park . Hang glider flights from hilltop ( $ 100 ) landing ground at foreshore adjacent creek .


Thats it there then , motorcycles allowed too . Saw 30 Austin Healys there once .
Shaded cooker thingos , water , cold showers & dunnies . Bring the trunks for a Swim .

you can see the brollies at the store , Sun Shades & Tables . Seems a bit damp . That wet bits not normally wet , except where the fish are .

A few shops on the main road at the turning , or walk down from Stanwell Park Train Station . ( wont mention walking back up . :cry: )
