I have a Norton ES2 which originally had a side car, the side car has rotted to pieces and Im looking for a replacement one. Im also after any bits and pieces available.

Do you have any particular style of sidecar in mind ?
Most sidecar types are still being made today, if you hunt around.
As well as parts to refurbish older ones.
Goulding and Dusting are the 2 names for Oz that came to mind -
-Goulding moved production to the USA, based in their success in the marketplace.

P.S. Its unlikely it was a Norton sidecar ? - they were expensive to buy, as an import.
And most places had local sidecar production that was likely much less expensive, AND stronger for local conditions.

Andrew,
I am assuming you are from Adelaide, South Australia. If that is the case, you would be interested to know that Dusting Sidecars are still produced (I think very limited production) in Melbourne. I have seen them advertised in Old Bike Australia magazine,
Dave

A Watsonian double seat sidecar would go really ace with an ES2, especially if you gave it a valve grind.

Came across this sickle pic, mit sidecar in Adelaide ?- a Dusting.

Looks like nighttime riding was avoiding potholes ?
