Hi all,
I had a good long ride on my 750 Interstate the other weekend to Hunstanton (in UK.)
150 Miles each way without any problems at all.
It was to the annual Norton Owners Club gathering where there were loads of Nortons to look at.
One of them was the last commando to be made at shenstone which was ridden to the event & is now part of history.
I think it may feature in the 2010 NOC calendar when it comes out.
Some of the bikes were stunning but others were like mine & just used for fun. Mine wont win any awards but it has served me well for 37 years now.
There was a Vincent Engine in a featherbed frame which I heard going down the street from a few blocks away as it was so loud.
A good weekend away had by all apart from some rain on the friday.
cheers don
