Newbie question

But if you want a prediction of how long parts will be available....let me grab my magic ball......one second....it’s coming.....

magic ball says future parts availability unknown. Buy now.
However, there is a little light on the horizon.
TVS-Norton have claimed that they will make parts to support the 961 going forward.
The cost of those parts, or how long they will be made available, is unknown.

Also, the chinese company Jinlang bought the rights to produce the 961 engine, so it may appear in a future model in their lineup.
This may also make replacement parts available for Norton owners in the future.

As yourself this.
do you want single or two up seating?
do you care about upside down or standard forks?
Do you want polished or black anodized aluminum wheels?
do you want the plastic or metal headlight bucket?
plastic or carbon fiber chain guard and fenders and license plate holder?
Also only the limited production bikes had the BST carbon fiber wheels.
That site is a farce. I live only a few miles from New Hyde Park and can assure you, there are not 5 nortons there. There may be one 2017 that was lemon lawed and the owner refunded his money. Norton told the dealership to just keep the bike. And that one is not listed on that link.

I agree with you. I noticed after I posted that link the dates where it said more than one month. I also looked on Indian of Orange County and they have zero Norton’s in stock.

Well. ....deal pending.....I hope this isn't a disaster! Very impulsive move on my part, but (IMO) the thing is just so beautiful!

Many of us were impulsive and kind of let down on the reliability of the product. Is what it is. Either you will have quite a few failures, all fixable or barely any. Bottom line is, its a blast to ride. I've gone for new valve covers, all the 107 ignigtion improvements, a new tranny and starter, upgraded clutch. Oh...and a high acid stomach. All that, the bike never left me stranded on the road. Just without it for long periods of time. I love it. Hope you get to love yours too.

Thinking back, it looks familiar. I may have seen theis a few years back.
