New taillight assembly!

British Cycle Supply sells an alloy version of the 750 and 850 housings. Seems it'd be a bit sturdier than fiberglass. Here's a 750 (not sure how much $$):

I've noticed that ebay seller always seems to get top dollar for his offerings. Looks like you paid more than what Old Britts would charge for a new one.

However, Old Britts has been out of stock on that item for quite some time and it's not clear when, or if, they will have any more for sale. So if that's what you want, I guess you have to pay the price!

I didn't even notice they were out of stock. I feel much better about my purchase now, ESPECIALLY if it's been out of stock for 2+ years!

I'm glad you didn't!

I'll definitely post some pics when it gets here. I'll probably powdercoat it black before it's installed for good.

Hopefully I can hock the stock light/fairing for $50+ to some crazy-person on eBay..

I wish I'd of seem that aluminum 750 fairing before buying the flimsy AN fiberglass piece that broka after 10 miles. OTOH 171.00 is pretty pricey even for AL.

Jordan, they are lockhart phillips turn signals and are aluminum not plastic really nice for 20 bucks. 40 dollars sets you up front and back part number is 122-9982. I bought four amber and four clear.
