How are pairs of Premiers normally suplied, single or double banjos?

Mine, which were commando specific with the flats, came with the normal Amal supplied single sided banjo fitting. If you look at their web site that is what is pictured.

The double banjo fuel line is a Norton part.

Amal use many generic images.

The double banjo fuel line is a Norton part.

The '180' banjo is an Amal part (376/419).

The carb banjos were part of the fuel line assembly and weren't available as single items (check the parts books) however, if the correct carbs or carb 'pack' is ordered (and correctly supplied) for the 850 Mk2A and Mk3 then they should come supplied with the 180 banjos.

Unfortunately, Burlen appear to think the 850 Mk3 had carbs with '200' main jets (pack 114) which is not correct. Pack 113 (932/33 & 34) should be ordered for Mk2A or Mk3.
