20k pounds starting. They have lowered the price from the V4SV. Thats a good start.

Cheaper than I expected.. colour options aren't great. Looks like the 'matrix black' is matt/satin. I want a gloss black..
Yes cheaper is better for sales wouldn’t you agree ? . Says it starts at 20k you can easily spend twice that probably. What would be great is if it does well in the tests. My goodness they were asking 17k for a 961 not too long ago.

That pricepoint is great news! Accessible for the average premium sports bike rider with room for the cashed up ‘boomer’ (or overpaid tradie) to spec up to the hilt.

Short on detail with the different specs - no doubt that’s coming. Definitely a bike you’d need to see in the flesh to choose those colour options.

Should start to see road tests before long. Let’s see how well it performs on the road - set up for road riding rather than the track, let’s hope it’s a banger!

Edit - just spotted the spec differentiation between models. Choice is a great thing - four Manx R models, spec’d to the size of yer wallet, good choice of colours. Important cos the bike is so monochromatic

NO WAY a 20k bike is made in the UK. It’s most definitely made in India. Or a majority of it’s made in India and assembled in India. Or, a percentage of parts are made in UK and sent to India for assembly.

This is what I expected from the beginning . It is most likely that TVS will do a good job with the engine , and I would want the most reliable and good running engine package. Lets hope for good road tests !

I'm not looking for a bike but I would buy one of these waaaay before even considering that thing that pretends to be a Norton

3 year warranty? - Let's hope it's not needed.
Yeah I hear you ! The biggest concern I would have is getting the bike serviced. TVS Norton are not there yet . In the UK you are probably ok ? Maybe. After dollar conversion this bike is still over $27,000 . There are Harley’s and Indians costing more than this. So there is hope, IF it’s a fantastic machine. It is hard to forget that there have been many complaints about TVS Norton parts and service . This is the area that can kill them.

Unfortunately TVS Norton and some of their dealers have proven themselves to be poor in the extreme (being polite) in terms of after sales support and customer communication, so for me they are not even worth considering.
I can’t believe you speak such words with praise from members of this community
