Welcome,

Try on the ones that interest you. Every one has a different shaped head. Different helmet companies favor different shapes. Comfort is everything. Once you have a good snug fit that feels good, consider noise and fog control if those will be issues.

Wow that Nexx one looks sharp!. Fit is more important than looks so which ever fits best thats what you need.

Remember that it WILL stretch out over time so beaacouse of that and beacouse the safety guys say most people would be safer with a helmet that was a little tighter, get one that feels a bit to tight. It will work in after a while and be a good safe fit. My Arai was so tight at first I wanted to exchange it, the guys at the store said it would be fine and they were right. I would not want it any bigger.

The great thing about Arai is that the parts are available to change the fit a bit. The cheek pads and interior can be replaced with thicker or thinner parts to really customize the fit. Snug comfort will make sure it does it's job and doesn't give you a headache.
I wear an Arai XD and have customized the fit after a few years passed, I lost weight, and foam shrinkage made it too loose. http://www.theservicepavilion.com had replacement parts in the thickness I wanted to make my helmet fit like new again.

I've been riding for a long time with the SZ Arai.... if you want an open helmet it is a great choice... BUT wearing a helmet is not a fashion statement: you have to choose the one that fits best your head not your bike!

Welcome, I bought a nexx helmet a few years ago and the quality is sub standard in my opinion. The shell is thin and flimsy and the overall quality isn't very good. I would hate to test one.

Thanks to everybody, for sure i have to try all the helmets before!
