Well, the Norton is a very new bike - still some teething problems to be expected, even with the delays in getting them out to customers. The Hyde Harrier, I never heard of until that video, but sounds nice - Harris frame, Norman Hyde bits, Ohlins suspension, Hinckley Bonneville motor with the big bore kit. Don't know about the 16K GBP price though.
