I just noticed that British Cycle Supply is now offering 750 and 850 alloy cylinders.

Anyone know anything about them? They are a different casting from the old Robertson cylinders that I used to import.

They are priced at $1491 for the 750 and $1280 for the 850. Both use the 850 style through bolts.

I run them on my low boy with norvil bronze tappet blocks without any issues.they are a nice product but not that readily available. I purchased mine about 2 years ago from Britcycle.Big weight difference.

Wonder if they do alloy Crankshafts too .

Thats silly! they would expand to much!

What!? They would expand at the same rate as the crankcases, thereby eliminating the need for any end float.

Stirling idea.

I'll have two please...

I have them on my bike. They do not look as nice as a good set of stock barrels. I did have a very difficult time getting the copper head gasket to seal. Installing a composition gasket solved the problem, other than that they are a functional piece of equipment.
