Need to buy a new throttle asap.

I need a new single cable throttle for my MKIII asap. I was going to simply order a Barnett from CNW but they are sold out and Barnett does not make the nice chromed metal one any more.

Matt from CNW recommended the Barnett hence my inquiry.

Anyone know where I can get a Barnett?

How are the Amal ones? Dougherty any good?

Be aware that on your MkIII, the throttle is part of the switchgear/master cylinder mount. If you use a standard throttle, it will push it out about an inch and may foul the brake handle.

Of course maybe this is a good time to replace the master cylinder with a Brembo or Magura and some Honda or Ducati switch gear.

Thanks Ron. I have a Brembo front brake and lever so that is why I need a new throttle.
