I need pictures of how the coils are mounted under the fuel tank or oil tank on a late model N15cs. The PO of my bike moved them down over the transmission for some reason and now they are getting in the way. I cant find where they were from the factory. Any help is much appreciated!

Good Morning: My 68 N15cs has a mag. Maybe the previous owner put in a electronic ignition and had to add coils. hth Frank
I went to look at other threads and see that mine might be an older model titled when sold as a 68.

Mike partridge at Walridge would have the bracket if you don't. It bolts to existing mounting on the rear main frame lug and the battery box.

look under 'G15 Questions' in the AJS and Matchless section of this forum for more pics of my late '67 build.

Thanks. Exactly what I needed to know. As I made progress on my P11 stlye high pipes I found out the coils may be getting in the way. Just about ready for chome and paint to get started.

Yeah, mid-year 1967 Norton changed to coil ignition, somewhere between 121007 and 121300 depending on the model. If your '1968' is earlier than 121007, then it would have a magneto from the factory.
