I'm installing the stock system and I have a couple of issues. When I got it there was a 2 into 1 system on it so I got a complete setup from commando specialties with mounting brackets, bolts nuts etc. My problem is that there doesn't seem to be enough nuts to mount it. The parts explosion is too hard for me to read but on each side there are 2 mounting rubbers with studs on each side and 2 studs I assume go into the muffler. Well the manual calls for only 6 nuts total (3 per side I assume) and that doesn't add up to me. Seems like it calls for the right number of washers but to me there should be double the number of nuts. Any pictures, websites, advice would be much appreciated.

each muffler has 2, each buffer has 2 , for a total of 6 per side. I have bolts instead of studs in my mufflers. They work well.

From Old Britts. Hope this helps.

Maybe these will help not these easiest place to photograph.
Two bolts go through the outer plate to hold the muffler. Maybe these weren't provided?
The two rubber doughnuts go between the plates with the four nuts on the studs with washers.

Hope this helps. Seems like an awfully complicated system but with the isolastics the exhaust has to move with the engine.

Use Koper Kote ( Copper Coat or whatever on the head / gland threads . Smear the lot .

The Copper O ring compresses ea heat cycle . SO wind in the gland nuts eriodically . when the copper washer gets skinnier than a Biafran they sit set .
Leaning on the spanner with your palm , WHILE WARM ( HOT ) is acceptable if the threads not shot . See the pipes stay aligned though doing it .
