i purchased an RGM vernier iso conversion kit for my 69 Fastback from Commando Specialties. there are a few different RGM kits. Regardless of what i had read, i figured there was no way the new front isos were going in my original front tube, so i purchased the mk III front tube which looks doable. got the NAPA syl-glyde. ready to go.... the instructions with the new iso's make me wonder if CS sent me the iso's for my 69 that necessitated the PTFE & end cap for the orig tube. clear this up for me; I'm putting on the new MK III tube & the instruction sheet seems to indicate they aren't used in pure MK III applications..... do i need the PTFE's, si or no? Hurry....the tube is lubed!!!
