I am trying to convert a MK II left side Interstate cover into a MK III Interstate cover. I have a plan to remove the Dzus attachment arm, drill a hole for the plastic Dzus top attachment, and weld a tab on the bottom to fit behind the Z plate. Next I have to relieve the area in the front of the cover to clear the battery box. I am looking for some photos of an OEM Interstate left side cover to see what actually needs to be done. I need both interior and outside photos with details on the front end.

Here you go, the bar on the top is so it can be fitted without the plastic air box........ MK III Interstate Left Side Cover Photo wantedMK III Interstate Left Side Cover Photo wantedMK III Interstate Left Side Cover Photo wantedMK III Interstate Left Side Cover Photo wanted

Somewhere, I may still have an Old Britts alternative mounting bracket (alloy), but definitely without the Dzus capture clip (used it on the JPN resto).

If you can use it, I'll try to find it this weekend...

It was left in from the MK2a, on the MK2a it was drilled and used for a Dzus fastener that fed into the battery tray.
